Without a target date any kind of projection is totally meaningless. And with the concensus being that Borland will post a loss for 1997 resulting in a negative EPS change versus 1996 of -415.6% according to StockSmart, I would not hold my breath for Borland making any kind of substantial move anytime soon. IMHO Borland can only move down from its current level. We will all have to wait until the recently announced restructuring plan can be considered to in fact be improving things before we will see any real percentage gains.

Look at Centura (CNTR) if you care. The company's restructuring plan - announced over a year ago - has apparently managed to turn the company completely around, and the stock is beginning to move big time. Just look at the chart ===>
