DiVit, I don't know what you hear, but from what I hear, the initial bargaining started at $48. I'll put the credulity of my "rumors" against yours any day of the week.

Second, Forbes saying that the "only" reason for CUBE's run-up is the buyout rumor is balderdash. That statement reflects inadequate information and research on the part of the author.

Wake-up. CUBE is a growth company and will fetch a valuation as such.
