Interlinked Share Ownership Structure

An analyst's report on Crys-Tel at investrend.com says that about 25% of the shares are owned by PacRim. In turn, 44% of PacRim is owned by Metals Research.

The report says 51% of Crys-Tel shares are owned by Kaiden, SA. Kaiden, SA is known as of June 1997 to have been part owner of A&A International. It is also known that in 1997 a share swap between Metals Research and A&A took place.

A web page at niphix.com makes the following statement: "A & A International Industries Inc. ("the Company") was incorporated in Canada on January 16, 1976. The Company is a diversified holding structure which operates commercial storage, manages companies, owns real estate holdings, has investments in publicly traded companies and investments in mining joint ventures. The company has formed affiliations with three public companies, Pac Rim Information Systems Inc. and Metals Research Group Corp. by exchanging shares with them. These companies are involved in several industries including mining ventures and entertainment and communication industries."

So Crys-Tel, PacRim, Metals Research, A&A, and Kaiden, SA are all linked by share ownership.
