Excerpt from press release noted by John. Also, note sfe ownership percentage will go down after IPO because of more shares outstanding. Has anyone checked to see if they are selling any of their current shares in the ipo? "Wayne, Pa.-based Safeguard, one of a handful of publicly traded venture capital firms, currently owns around 20 percent of Internet Capital Group shares.
