Joseph, Sometimes it is worthwhile to look at the overall picture before making a judgement based on a snapshot. Take a look at the following URL, DELL stock price/insider sales over a five year period. I would be interested in hearing your interpretation.... tscn.com Best Regards, Jim P.S.
