I just recieved word from IR that Lenox lost the battle to change the structure of patent devaluation on their earnings. Canadian regulations stipulate that it take place over 5 years instead of the 17 year period over which Lenox wanted. Apparently, the Securities Commision was not flexible on this point. The good news is that it has been settled and there is nothing left to hinder the earnings reports. I was told that both the FY96 and 1Q numbers had been filed, so our waiting should be over shortly.
