To trade afterhours you have to have a account with a firm that has access to instinet trading, ie. MB Trading, I believe. I get my afterhours quotes from Time & Sales reports from Levell II, but you can get free afterhours quotes from quote.com although they can be wrong at times. Don't know about NDB, I have accounts with etrade and waterhouse. There is a thread here at SI thats discusses brokerages.
