Interesting chart. One thing that seems odd is that the "insider trades" part of the chart measures the number of trades, not the volume. Whether an insider sells 100 shares or 1,000,000, it counts as one trade. I'd rather see a volume-weighted chart (which accounts for splits appropriately) or a Percent of Outstanding Shares or even a Percent of Total Holdings chart.

Also, if you click on the Insider Trading hyperlink, you'll find the following disclaimer:

Heavy net insider buying is considered to be positive for a stock while heavy net selling is considered negative. Historical testing shows that insider buying is more accurate than insider selling for foretelling future price movements. Studies have found that stocks with heavy insider buying outperform the market over long periods of time.
