Creative Recycling Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:CRTZ) is a Georgia based corporation that was created from the purchase of AA Corporation by Classic Restaurants International. AA Corp. provided the technology and Classic Restaurants the corporate structure that will allow CRT Inc. the ability to move the business forward.

Its new CEO, Mr. Frank Pringle, who has developed a process to decompose automobile and truck, tires back into their basic components, heads CRT INC. This process stems from other work that Mr. Pringle has done in the recycling arena and who has patents in both the recycling and beverage packaging industries.

The patentable tire process, which was developed by Mr. Pringle, will be the foundation to achieve the company vision of becoming the largest recycling company in the world. A company that is comprised of several operating organizations that deal in product recycling, environmental control, or in technology that enables an economic solution to an environmental problem to be achieved.

The tire process possesses a value to both the shareholder and to society that is almost limitless. With tire dumps in the U.S. containing an estimated 3 billion tires and with over 250 million tires being generated annually, CRT Inc. has a solution. The process provides for a clean and economical way for the tires to be reused by decomposing them, through pyrolysis, back to their basic components of oil, carbon black, steel and combustible gases. These products will produce a significant revenue and income stream for the company and its shareholders. Test results indicate that the process should be able to generate a conservative revenue stream of $3.55 per tire with
income of $2.38 per tire. The company plans to develop 10 to 13 plants in the next 10 years that will have the capability of processing 16 to 20 million tires annually per facility. The pyrolysis process, as reported by variety of technical articles, is a proven method of decomposing a tire. The Pringle patentable process provides for the one key factor that other processes have failed to deliver- An economical way of decomposing a tire. As a result CRT Inc. will provide to its shareholders a real opportunity to generate outstanding income and shareholder value.

With the funding of the company well underway and the potential to receive governmental grant moneys, the timing for the investor is tremendous. This high potential organization is moving fast and has the capability of rewarding its investors with exceptional returns.
