I have a TRIN-5 on Naz of 3.767 and NYSE of 4.599. I'm not sure how you are getting your numbers. Generally, under 4 is a sell signal for the NYSE but I have found the Naz can stay days/weeks below 4.0 before a sell signal is given. Actually for the Naz, it's probably better to use a figure of below or just above 3.0 HiTech
