Some of the other posters have suggested that there is a licensing agreement. So, there would be an initial sales price, followed by a revenue stream depending on how much the licence was used? Is this right? Does anyone have any idea of the sums involved?

Someone suggested that there is a services division. Presumably they would analyse a customers needs, design appropriate software applications, install them, train operators and maintain them (update them) If so does anyone have any idea what proportion of revenues comes from such a service?
