The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing the following:
A property option agreement dated April 26, 1999, between Starfire and
James N. Plexman whereby Starfire will acquire 100 per cent interest in the
lease and property described as unpatented mining claim No. L 1214012 in
the Haultain Township, Larder Lake mining division, District of
Timiskaming, Ont. Consideration is 100,000 shares and a $25,000 exploration
commitment.
A property option agreement dated April 26, 1999, between Starfire and Eric
Plexman whereby Starfire will acquire 100 per cent interest in the lease
and property described as unpatented mining claim No. L 478857 in the
Haultain Township, Larder Lake mining division, District of Timiskaming,
Ont. Consideration is 100,000 shares.
The above acquisitions include assumption of the obligations of the
underlying lease which contains a provision for the retention of a 2 per
cent net smelter return in favour of Larry Bowen. |
