Some of the latest findings in the Bible Codes are: 1. The words rapture and computer show up in numerous locations together. Yacov Rambsel seems convinced that the rapture will take place simultaneously with a world-wide computer event. He believes that 9/11/99 falls on the Sabbath and Rosh Hashanah, or the great GATHERING celebration, would be the 6000th anniversary. Avi Ben Mordechai also sees 9/11/99 as the beginning of the 7th millennial day. Then Zola Levitt points out (stretching, granted, but nonetheless interesting) that if we are in the year 5998, that in Hebrew, 5998 is heh, tet, tet, peh which could stand for http: These men point out that 9/9/99 is being touted as a logical day for the so-called Y2K disaster to occur (note that everyone except those labeled as crazies or at least alarmists have all but dismissed the Y2K problem as something that might cause anything more than minor disruptions -- SOROS note: man is usually confounded when he thinks he's smart). Many scholars believe that the Rapture will occur during the Feast of Trumpets, which happens to begin at sundown 9/10/99 this year. More to come. I remain, SOROS
