PLCOP: Where do I find more details? Hi Rande! (I just realized that I'm responding to BATON... Sorry, I hope Rande reads this) I've been trying to find the details on PLOCP with no success. I've tried Edgar... nothing... It seems like it's a needle in a hay stack. This appears to be a 'no brainer'... Buy PLCOP, convert to common, & sell the common for a quick 5-6 bagger. That sounds too good to be true... Is there a time limit you must hold the PLCOP before being allowed to convert to common? Does it take just a phone call to the broker to take the conversion option? I asked my wife (the one who does all the shopping) about PLCO... She said that she would NOT invest in the Co. giving all kinds of reasons. I told her about this deal... Might be a good hit-run play. Can you help? Thank you, Joe
