I am amazed that TNFI(E) has held up this well. I really thought it was going to open between 5-7, and that it might be a good spec down there. You are getting virtually no discount for the fraudalent accounting by buying stock at 10. How will Leonard Green ever explain buying a fraud-ridden company to his limited partners? They have to walk to keep there credibility.
