Yes on a daily chart it looks as if it is getting ready to come up from a small saucer pattern. On a one minute chart today, although the two intra-day highs around 1.30 and 2.15 PM were on low volume, the heavier volume was on the up-moves, except for 2.30-3PM. On a 30 minutes chart, you can see that after the upside break at mid-day on May 6th, it has kept the upside momentum. On a long-term (monthly chart) it seems that if NETM can close above last year's 1stQ and 1997,s lastQ highs in mid 4s, it could possibly test the resistance around 10(from 1996), and who knows, we may some day be back to the old (lastQ) of 1995 highs.
