Wayne, there frequently are secondary offerings and other ways to enter emerging companies such as AHS. You'll likely pay a higher price but the company's chances should be easier to assess with time and their timetable clearer. This is the traditional higher cost for diminishing risk tradeoff. Hopefully Stayhealthy will be even more promising and you'll get your opportunity. Good luck.
