JAMESBURG, N.J., March 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Natcom, Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Global Intellicom, Inc. (Nasdaq: GBIT), which provides
integrate diversified technology and data communication solutions to
corporate and government customers, today announced that it has signed
a letter of intent to acquire Automated System Development of Indiana,
Inc., a full service Value Added Reseller, specializing in UNIX
software and development, application development for commercial and
educational institutions, and a help desk support service. The terms
of the agreement were not disclosed.

Rick Smith, president of Natcom, stated that "acquiring ASDI will add a
fully trained staff of UNIX professionals and further strengthen
Natcom's current thrusts to replace porting services and support for
UNIX and Solaris customers."

David Mortman, president of Global Intellicom, added that, "ASDI's
current help desk facilities and software development team will not
only provide Natcom's current user base with additional support and
development, but will be able to provide these services to Global
Intellicom's other subsidiaries. The acquisition continues to provide
total solutions to the entire customer base of Global Intellicom."

The porting capabilities along with additional support services that
ASDI brings to Natcom will enable the Company to attain five percent of
the $800 million dollar porting market. As hardware requirements need
to be upgraded, the porting service will grow. The cycle of upgrading
hardware and porting software from one system to the other will not
only lead to the growth of the porting business but leads to potential
increases in hardware sales, not only through Natcom, but also the
other subsidiaries of Global Intellicom. Natcom is a provider of
departmental, company, and enterprise-wide client- server computing
systems, horizontal and vertical software solutions, and world-class
consulting, network integration services. It has strategic reseller
relationships with such industry leaders as NCR, Hewlett Packard, IBM,
