BOCI did file the 8K and looks like its headed back in to the 6's from here based on its inability to keeps its gains of the day. Based on its tankage following the run up on the 4th the chart is showing similar fundamentals. I would look at this stock as a short term short rather than a long. But that is just one investors opinion. Good luck....
