Hi Grandpa Joe, re:<< What do you make of the drop in DELL from 43 to 42 5/8 in the closing minutes of trading this afternoon. Are the MM manipulating DELL? Why? >> I don't think there's anything to complex here. IMO, the MM, institutional investors, and the rest of the big money crowd are simply taking the approach of....just show me the money. Dell's revenue growth dropped to 38% as reported for the last quarter. The stock's price was not going to remain at record highs unless the growth and, everything else in the quarterly report, showed continuing growth. Well, as I said, Dell's growth dropped to 38%, and the rest is history. For the past quarter, Dell has been basing and, of course, not going anywhere. Let's not forget the bs that Cpq pulled with their ...the world of pc's is going to hell...routine. This didn't help Dell, nor the rest of the pc sector.
Stock Bull
PS: Remember...show me the money. I'm sure hoping that Dell's recent comments as the the well being of the company's financial performance is demonstrated next week. If not, watch out below. |
