Jack thanks for the info. There has to be some other reason for a compamy to build on such thin ice, and with the advent of Xeric there is an awful lot on the line. I guess it always was the optimist that changed the world. I'll settle for home delivery in just this country for now. Olex has positioned itself for potentially great rewards for the future and aligning themselves w/ Xeric to carry out all the everyday tasks was a good move, allowing them to still be flexible w/ their manuvering. Let's just hope management heard the story about the rabbit and the turtle. (tortoise & the Hare ) thanks again Roberto
