I haven't seen any T's & C's on this money yet, but I would guess that Universities and small private labs will be able to apply for this. From what I've read, the IA64 simulators are already running the O/S's, some compilers, and even a few apps. So it looks like it's time to put some resources into pure development by creative new minds. Mike
