My reasoning for the drift is due to many of the warrants being purchased at less than $1.00. Those who hold them as a play on the common, now have to either convert the wts. (and dump the new common shares at a profit) or just sell the wts. at a profit as they no longer can play the wts. Once the wt. situation is gone and the equity structure simplified, the stock should regain its momentum.
Especially if the qtr. and year end are good.

If you just got back in, hats off--from this price you will do well. I just didn't want to give anyone the impression they would make a killing until after March 21. Only 2 weeks away anyhow.
