<What is the % advantage over 133 SDRAM and 200Mhz DDRAM realisticaly.>

I'm sorry to say this, but it depends on your definition of "realistic use of a computer." ;-)

Seriously, I can tell you that we'll probably see no noticeable improvement between PC100 and PC133 SDRAM. As for RDRAM, it's much more able to handle traffic coming from multiple sources than DDR SDRAM is. Remember that Camino will also be supporting AGP-4x, so you'll have the processor, AGP card, and PCI devices all competing for memory access.

You probably won't see much of an immediate improvement going from PC100 SDRAM to RDRAM. In fact, when Camino launches, it'll most likely be open season for critics who are expecting their computers to become blazing fast all-of-a-sudden. But further down the road, it'll be apparent that RDRAM will be better able to handle heavier and more complex memory traffic than any version of SDRAM.

<Is it enough to justify a 50%-100% premium over these forthcoming lower cost lower speed memories.>

Probably not, but I don't think the price premium will be that high. Personally, I'm expecting to pay about a 25% premium over PC100 SDRAM. That premium can only get smaller as RDRAM production accelerates over the next few years.
