A Ballard Fuel Cell Vehicle could serve as a home and office power unit. This was mentioned by DOE's Alan Hoffman at the recent HTAP meeting. Some city managers are looking at 250kW Ballard busses as rolling power plants. In an emergency, a city's bus fleet could be dispersed to critical areas like hospitals.
