Kash, re: "The key for AOL is ADSL as they are leveraged out of the Cable market." Agreed. The separate phone line isn't actually a big problem because DirecTV requires it if you have 2+ receivers. But the upload speed is limited by the POTS to a meager 53K. Furthermore, at least one user has reported that DirectTV quietly limits your download volume to ~1GB/month and thereafter attenuates your signal to sub-POTs speed -- presumably to keep power users from filling their satellite pipes. Finally, if the "on again, off again" video signal that I get from DirectTV is any indication, DSL is a vastly superior solution for AOL. Craig
