KMT - The easy answer is, the private offering subscribers will now wait a couple of weeks to receive their stock certificates by mail from the transfer agent, and then may deposit them at their leisure with the stockbroker of their choice for potential sale at some point subsequent to the expected IPO. The next step for the company, if that's what you meant instead, is to prepare a Registration Statement for submission to the SEC in preparation for an IPO. Or did you mean a third thing? <g> -Eric
