Ah... I see. Perhaps her phrasing should have been more on the order of... "Why is it that I haven't been served," rather than "Why do you think I haven't been served." I haven't the slightest idea why Janice hasn't been served. She has mentioned that she isn't in the phone book, and maybe she is hard to locate. Why do you suppose that she hasn't been served, and how would you interpret this fact?
