Today, without a doubt, has been interesting. It looks
like a little dirt can go a long way when landing in
the right hands. As I sit here sipping on my wine and
slowly puffing on a cigar with feet kicked out, I would
like to tell you a little story. Let me start with the
word 'collusion'. First, you find a stock that has been
moving up on good news. Over time it moves up higher
on good accumulation by faithful shareholders. It gets
to a point where, you might say, you get short. This
cycle continues untill you are short with pain. What
do you do. You find what ever dirt you can on someone
in the company- the management, a secretary or even
the janitor. You line up your bashers. You inform other
market makers of the plan. You bring in offshore players
for the no brainer. Now you wait, wait for that big news
release to come. It appears. The stock runs. You short
with a passion. Your licking your chops. The perfect
plan executed many times before with success with the
same players. You have already arranged for a PR
with BLOOMBERG for the next morning. The trap is set.
Volume comes in at the open. Tons to short. Your tainting
PR hits right on schedual, about 10:00. Message boards
pick it up. You now take 50000 shares and wash trade
it giving the appearance of selling. The sheep panick.
You take as little sell fills as possible as you work
the stock down. The cycle continues as you lick your
chops. That 50000 shares wash trades looks like 1,000,000.
More panick. You just hurt a lot of good investors-
but who gives a sh!t. And on and on and on it goes.
To all who are still long as I. This is the game, but
thats OK. I have reason to believe that four market
makers , one from texas, two from Florida, and a leader.
are involved. The one from Texas works closely with some
Canadian brokers of whom HIRE there own message board
bashers, some of whom have appeared on SI and RB. These
people alredy have law suits pending and from what I
understand are under investigation by either the NASD,
SEC., or the FBI. I got a disturbing call this morning
and was told flat out by a well informed source that
this GANG intended to crater the stock to $6.00 today.
I understand that this collusion to manipulate this
stock was well planned several days in advance. When my
source has "all" the names tomorrow, I will pass them on.
As far as I am concerned, this is part of the BS of
being a BB stock and only a hickup for the company.
Nothing has changed. I have very good reason to believe
that this situation will evaporate eventually. I do
believe, for those of interest, a plesant surprise awaits.
