Take a look at the 8K. I think between the new management and the restrictions in the line-of-credit agreement, the company won't persue such an ambitious expansion plan until they see real results from the existing properties. I took the change (sweep) of new management as positive news and I'm trying to get the company to forward me their bios so we know more about their management backgrounds. This financing was essential to the company - looking at all the warrents, etc. the company has tapped out raising money by issuing more shares. Now the real test comes, can management make money and run the operation. We sure know they can spend it. I thought their previous expansion plans were too ambitious.
