Actually, at 10mm gross...we should have roughly.............. 500,000 net, all things being proportionate, and excluding any additional pre-opening costs and not taking into consideration any beneficial purchasing power, or the cost of cheese going up/down for instance. Eventually it would be good to see 12-15% of gross going to the bottom line....but hey, I just like to play with numbers...I could be way low. Best, Savant
