I mean, what was the point of this release? The deal still, apparently, hasn't closed, but they say in the release that agreements have now been finalized, woo woo. Still no details. Do we have damage control here where the positive spin is that the initial investment has been upped to $85 M? Where's the rest? Anaxagoras
