CBurnett, it is my understanding that owning DDEQ shares is the only way to get pre-IPO shares of GoProfit.com. DDEQ currently owns GoProfit.com., but GoProfit.com will be spun off with the IPO. DDEQ shareholders will get GoProfit.com shares at a set ratio of DDEQ shares to GoProfit.com shares (don't know the ratio yet). This is what I have been told by the company. Dexx
