It was confirmed at the conference call (4:00 Eastern) yesterday.
Once the stock hits $5 and remains at or above that level for 30
days it will be listed on NASDAQ. The CEO also said that the stock
will be listed on the Australia exchange because it has a very
strong following there. This should happen in about 5-6 weeks.

AIEE has recently secured significant contracts which should make
the company profitable either by the second quarter but more likely
by the third quarter, according to the CEO. This is unprecedented
for an online company and very rare for an internet company. I'm not
sure if you can listen in to a recorded version of the call now, but
I would highly recommend it. It was very, very upbeat and there are
more contracts in he pipeline. One of the things that's attractive
about this company is that it's global with a strong presence both
Australia and the UK, where internet gaming has friendlier
legislation; also, a lot of their revenue is recurring. This is
no longer a company in transition; but will become profitable in
the coming months.

The company continues to buyback shares. So far it has purchased
700,000 shares and has an allocation of 1 million. But the CEO
said they will increase the buyback by another 600,000-700,000
because the stock presents tremendous value right now.

For the conf. call try 800 230-1951.
