Again, I agree. Just would be nice to have some idea of what the difference is. I'm prety sure it should ammount to a lot more revenues but it would be nice to have someone with expertise in this field give examples. Old thinking of trying to keep it all no longer works, though margins are much higher. Is it possible that the OEM software licensed for specific printers is crippled so that it only works with that specific printer? Then when the user sees the benefits, has to purchase a copy of the full application if he has other printers he would like to tie into the Mac? Ususually, bundled software is a taster of sorts. - denis
