As long as the company sells cheap stock every quarter the price is going no-where. The groups who buy the newly issued stock can sell it on the offer, ($1.03125) make 5% or 10% on their money right away and keep the warrants for free.

And while 300,000 seems like alot of volume you should remember that some of those trades are double reported. And its below the average volume of 400,000+.

Jack, at the end of the day there is plenty of buying, but there's plenty of stock "to go."
