Instead of working hard to get OTC BB MM's back to DCTC, is it
a better idea just to sell DCI Telecommunication Inc to a Nasdaq Listed or NYSE listed company (Such as IIXC)at a reasonable price? Does the company have any offer right now? We can certainly wait for trading resume
if such deal could be reached.

Any comments would be appreciated.
