Thanks for the feed back Chief. My problem as I can see it is not being able to keep watching the stock all day as it moves. I am not in the truest sense of the word day trading because I have to leave here and go to the real job. I miss opportunities both to buy and sell at the best times as a result. This has meant the stops are kicking me out and I am buying back at often higher prices. Hence my conclusion is to accept the volatility until I can choose when to sell the stock.

Perhaps I am setting the stops too close or I am buying to high. (it isn't easy to get it right) Right now the market is winning against me and in most cases resently it has done so because of my stops. I mentioned BII and IWM and MCF. Getting kicked out of those didn't happen due to downward momo as they ended the day or the very next day up where I would have had a nice profit. (frustrating) It is like the MM s see the stop order, sell a few of their shares to trigger the stop and then scoop me up. I am at a disadvantage to the brokers and Market Makers. So by saying I am not going to put a stop on the Internets again, I am speculating that the run up is not finished and I will hang in there until I am at a profit and choose to sell. Perhaps I should risk more and place my stops lower. I now have this fear that even if I do that they (the market makers) will come after me! My losses would be even greater.

You have mentioned a few times that you had a trade go against you so you transfered the shares to your long term account LTA. Isn't that the same thing as me saying I will wait till later to see if I can sell on the next run and retreive my shares from the LTA so I can trade them again?

PS. It is gettin close to open now so don't take time to answer this now. After is fine! Thanks
