Sounds like CSCO is terribly inefficient (I know that they are from several people I
know there). Their IS budget is larger than their R&D budget (and growing).


Inefficient? What an uninformed post. Geezus!!!! Can't you at least check the data before you make such a boneheaded post.... Did you look at revenue per employee. Damn... I can't take much more of the stupidity on SI.
