PAL- Rubin. Right now a RUMOR on Dow Jones News Wire but APPARANTLY confirmed by the administration (White House). NOW IT IS CONFIRMED AS OF 10:02. SO what? Larry Summers is not chopped liver. Remember when Volker resigned. How were we ever going to replace him? Well, guess what. We did and everything was just fine.
