Chris, Unfortunately, the good platinum complex stocks, Impay, Amplats and Stillwater, are all up much more than the commodities. So, I am sticking to the hard stuff for right now. I will buy more of the stocks if the prices get undervalued again. They are pretty much fairly valued to metal prices right now.
I would never buy a CD when I can invest in bond market products with higher yields, covered options, liquidity, better insurance, etc. However, I know from when CDs were my #1 competition that 7% seems to be the point where they suck money out of the stock and mutual fund markets. |
