Bruce: I must admit that for the first time in the last several weeks, the technicals on the chart are improving very rapidly and the stock has shifted into accumulation from a severe distribution. Even as I am typing this response and the DOW is down about 118 pts., SEPR seems to want to move up. I have also noticed from my experience following SEPR is that when the price does NOT react to any negative overall market sentiments is the time you want to start buying. I am looking for a test of the $102-103 overhead resistance very shortly and a run towards the $110 right after that. Good Luck. Mazen PS: I would like to see a close today above $95 5/8 today, and I would bet the $102 test would occur by this Friday.
