I think it's time to accumulate BIV at this price...$1.90. Rumour has it that the contract with The Ontario Government is a done deal, but the paperwork and lawyers are holding up the release. Once this release is out this stock will go right back up....earlier selling of the stock was due to impatience and profit taking....we've waited this long already, a few more days may see big rewards.
