As far as I can tell the company has not purchased any of their shares since the last week of April. Can anyone advise if there is a rule in dealing with stock buyback prior to earnings release etc. Im thinking that they may not be allowed to buy back shares so many days before announcing earnings. Comments Pls. Mario.
