Straight-

It hit me last night...GMGC IS about to be sold!

IMHO, that's why MSFT et al has registered their shares. I remember asking why MSFT would ever sell their share or why wouldn't they buy GMGC? Well, they don't have to!

If QWST, MOT, SUNW or others want to buy GMGC, MSFT has relationships/partnerships with these guys. I REALLY think that is why we need the extra shares too!

As Markman said, "with a market size this big, don't worry, we won't run out of $$$."

If they are absorbed by a big company, then $$$ is no longer an issue.

I woould expect that we would command a BIG premium, not only for the "good will" of our technology, but to appease MSFT et al for selling there shares/interest in GMGC for a very nice profit.

I do NOT think this is such a crazy scenario and I firmly beleive that is why everyone is registered to sell.

Thoughts?
