-OT-FCGI $11 1/8, Has started moving in the last few minutes. Have a feeling this is the last call to get on board. Still believe it is a double based on expected $.72 est. for '99 and $.91 for '00. and applying a PE commensurate with its growth rate. Seems like one of the better values around right now. Mike
