Enough on the insider selling, you guys. The officers of this corporation have, no doubt, a quarterly selling program that recommends they sell some shares every quarter. This is not atypical of any new tech company...in fact, its quite standard. Take a brief look at Bloomberg and you'll see this same selling activity from quarter to quarter. Corporate Counsel usually recommends such a program to all officers to avoid any appearance of impropriety. I don't recall any one complaining when the officers were selling in the 60's and 70's, and now every one's pained cause their following their program and selling in the low 30's. I think it takes guts and discipline to follow such a program irrespective of share price. It shows responsible and diligent corporate behavior which should be commended rather than criticized. And by they way, companies never comment on the selling patterns of their officers, at least not in press releases.
