Some lawyer "informed" me that I had better stop making claims against qcom when I said it "looked like the option plan suffered from a bit of fiscal mismanagement in the early days". Qcom basically issued too many stock options and now is in a quandry about whether to pay them. This lawyer implied that by my making that statement I was somehow liable.
