RISE RE AQUEST JK'S TOP PICK
Aquest has optioned to buy a privately held Quatemalan mining company which holds a 5km long trend of gold-antimony mineralization, plus a mine, mill and smelting facilities.

Terms of the agreement includes a purchase price of $us10 million payable in cash and a convertible debenture plus prepaid royalties of 5% of the recoverable metal value contained in the first 1 million tonnes of ore and 3% on the remaining reserves.
The agreement is subject to a due diligence period of nine months, during which time Aquest will attempt to verify what it believes is the potential for a multi-million ounce gold deposit.

There is a great article in the Northern Miner last week. I can't remember the date but if you really want it I can probably find it for you. I also have a contact in Vancouver that can give you all the details.

PS I think the stock is a hold even at $.70. The work starts next week and the principals are knowledgable in the business.
