The Setup: Take the shell of a non-profitable insurance company, announce the usual "exclusive marketing" deals with AOL CNET LYCOS etc, via paid analyst "coverage" as the Chairman (majority owner) unloads into the "news" during a runup from 3 to 6 to 34 The refreshingly revealing SEC filings indicate major dilution and more classes of stock and converts than rationally required. A creatively complex puzzle. Earnings rumored Friday. Lots of delusional longs. Minimal short presence. Opinions ?
